About us – Making insurance COOL

Setoo is a TLV start-up in the insurance world – making insurance friendly, consumer-centric, and frictionless.

Setoo built a platform that enables online businesses to sell insurance policies as part of their consumer journey.

We sell our product to businesses and they sell our policies to end-consumers. So we have both B2B and B2C interfaces and this combination bring an even bigger challenge and opportunity.

What will you do?

  • Design and optimize end-to-end user experiences – from prototypes to implementation.
  • Be part of our Product team, collaborating daily with PMs and Devs
  • Define and contribute to the development of our product style guidelines and design system.
  • Present and defend visual and functional choices in front of team members and clients.
  • You will be in charge on all aspects of the consumer journey for each type of user we serve: 1. Our clients – B2B platform, 2. Policy owners – B2C interface, 3. Admin – internal tools.


  • 3+ years experience as a Product Designer – MUST.
  • Experienced with full product lifecycle – research > prototyping > design > qa.
  • Proven track record of making an impact in successful B2B & B2C products.
  • Strong understanding of usability and user experience principles.
  • Conceptual thinker with an ability to understand user behavior, conversion, simplicity and usability.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience solving complex UX and flow challenges.
  • Pixel-perfect with attention to the smallest detail.
  • Strong typography knowledge and design layout principles.
  • Team player with great communication skills.
  • B.A in Visual Communication – advantage.
  • Proficient in Figma.

Growth Manager at Setoo

Setoo’s fully automated SaaS platform helps e-businesses increase revenue from ancillary services and provide an outstanding customer journey experience. Funded by Kamet, AXA’s Insurtech startup studio, Setoo is headquartered in London with offices in Tel-Aviv and Paris.

Setoo is seeking for a super Growth Manager to work with our customers and help them use our platform in order to sell more of Setoo’s products. The Growth Manager will be responsible for all aspects of transforming a prospect to an ongoing successful customer. The right candidate will help Setoo’s customers generate better conversion rates from new ancillary revenues. The Growth Manager will thrive to become our customers’ trusted partner by maximizing the value they extract from Setoo’s platform, while keeping customers engaged and satisfied at each step of the journey. The role includes defining and managing all key touchpoints with customers to ensure Setoo is delivering the best possible customer experience.


  • Understand customers’ key needs and identify opportunities to grow their business.
  • Build and execute a plan for ongoing improvement of business results achieved with Setoo’s platform. This includes analyzing data from conversions, defining new ideas and testing them.
  • Proactively identify and correct issues that could affect customer satisfaction or retention, and drive action to improve customer experience.
  • Work with UX engineers to define a great user experience that generates optimized conversion.
  • Help drive customer references and case studies.


  • 5+ years of relevant experience in working for a leading global B2C online company as a growth manager, product manager or commercial manager responsible for generating ancillary revenues.
  • Data driven – master data, statistical reasoning, with ability to define tests for improved conversions.
  • Strong UX and consumer messaging experience.
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail.
  • Diplomacy, tact and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
  • English at mother tongue level, additional European languages an advantage.
  • Experience in e-commerce, Travel Industry; experience with Fintech or Insurance – an advantage.
  • Embrace the start-up atmosphere.
  • Location of position: Tel Aviv, London, Paris or Berlin. Willingness to travel.
  • Consultative approach and high sensitivity towards customer needs and intentions.
  • Education: University graduate; MBA – big plus.
